RETURNS CONDITIONS

Please read the following prior to returning your item/s -

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Items must be returned within 30 of receipt by the customer (including products with suspected manufacturing faults).

Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.

For all swimwear, customers must try on items while wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories for items marked as final sale.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Please allow 10 business days from when your return is marked as delivered back to our warehouse.

AUSTRALIAN REFUND

Shipping is free for any store credits and exchanges. We deduct a $10 shipping label fee if you are requesting a refund and have used the provided LIONESS returns label.

If you are using the original Lioness packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

STANDARD RETURNS

Our standard returns option allows you to process your return via Loop Returns, to select either a Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund.

Please note, our store credit and exchange options are completely free to you, as we will cover the cost of your return label.

REFUNDID RETURNS

For Australian customers only

To receive your first instant refund, you will need a form of valid Australian identification to successfully create a Refundid account. This can be done by following the prompts starting from the sign-up tab found here. Once you have created your account you can lodge your LIONESS return through your personalised dashboard found here.

When lodging a refund you will need to input your order number, select the items you wish to return and your refund will appear in your account instantly. You can create a return label through Refundid, our $10 return label deduction will still apply.

Please note that you will not be eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund through LIONESS if refunded through Refundid.

REFUNDID RETURNS 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please download our RETURN FORM and add this to your return. Please allow 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return for this to be processed.

We are currently unable to provide returns labels for international customers outside of Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

US & NZ RETURNS

We offer free returns for store credits or exchanges. We deduct a standard shipping label fee for all US and NZ returns if you are requesting a refund. This will be deducted from your refund once received back to us,

$15 for US Refunds
$10 for NZ Refunds

Please allow at least 14 business days for your international return to arrive back to our warehouse, and an additional 10 business days once delivered for your return to be processed.

STORE CREDIT

Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not received your order, please email [email protected]. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any product on the website. Please also check your Junk Inbox for your credit note.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are requests only and successful fulfillment is dependent upon stock availability after delivery back to our warehouse and at the time of return processing. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled then you will be automatically issued with a credit note instead. If you would prefer a refund please contact our Customer Care team, refund deductions will still apply if you have used our returns label.

MANUFACTURING FAULTS

We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected faulty item. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you believe you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Care team right away with images of suspected fault. Please do not return your items until the fault has been approved by our quality control department.

FINAL SALE

Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by our quality control department.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
