Please note -


  • Return shipping charges for AUS = $6.95 - $9.95 depending on your location, via this link. As directed, drop off your return to a participating ParcelPoint location.

  • If using the original Lioness packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.


CONDITIONS OF RETURNS


Please note you are able to return your order for a credit note based on the following criteria. Refunds are only issued for orders paid using Afterpay or in the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault. Please consult the section relating to faulty products if you suspect your item may be faulty. Please read the following prior to returning your item/s -


  • We offer a credit note on all change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Once we have received and inspected your return, a credit note will be emailed to you. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any available item on the website .


  • The cost of returning your order to Lioness is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend shipping your return back using trackable post. Lioness is not responsible for any returns which are lost in the post or do not arrive.


  • If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we receive your return.


  • If you paid via Afterpay, you have the option of receiving a refund on your item/s. Please indicate if you would like this on your Returns Form.


  • Items must be returned within 30 of receipt by the customer (including products with suspected manufacturing faults).


  • Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.


  • For all swimwear, customers must try on items while wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.


  • For all swimwear purchased with a scrunchie, the scrunchie must also be returned. If not returned together, Lioness reserves the right to reject the return.


  • We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories or sale items.


  • We reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state, or returned after the above specified number of days following receipt. Please take extra care when trying on garments as to not leave perfume or deodorant residue. Items with visible signs of wear will be sent back to the customer.


  • It is the customer's responsibility to immediately notify Lioness if they have received an item with any signs of wear. If we receive a return with signs of wear and have not been previously notified, we cannot be held accountable.


  • Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by Lioness.


  • We do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternate size, please return your item for a store credit and use this to purchase your desired size.



STORE CREDIT


Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not received your order, please email eshop@lionessfashion.com. Please also check your Junk Inbox for your credit note. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any product on the website. We do not currently offer exchanges, except for faulty products.



AFTERPAY RETURNS


If you paid using Afterpay, you are eligible for a return for your order, less any shipping costs paid at the time of Checkout.


  • Afterpay is currently only available for Australian customers.

  • If you have not made any payments, your payment plan will be cancelled.

  • If you have made a repayment, this will be refunded and your remaining payment plan cancelled.

  • If you are returning part of your order, your payment plan will be amended accordingly

  • It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to hit your account.

  • Any shipping costs paid for at the time of your order will not be refunded.



FAULTY ITEMS


Please contact us ASAP at eshop@lionessfashion.com prior to returning the item. Only faulty items with pre-approval will be accepted. We cover shipping costs to send the faulty product back to us up to $40 AUD. We recommend selecting tracked shipping via your local postal service, for example, USPS in the United States. We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail en-route to Lioness. Your refund and shipping reimbursement will only be issued once we have received your order and confirmed it as faulty. We issue all refunds in AUD as this the currency in use on our website. If you are an international customer, and the refund amount in your back account differs to the cost shown on your invoice, please consult a currency converter.



PRE-ORDERS


  • Selecting a pre-order item may delay the dispatch of your total order if ordered with items which are in stock now. We will ship your order altogether once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. Ship dates supplied on pre-orders are estimates only and are subject to change, please be aware of this prior to placing an order on a pre-order product.


  • All standard return policies apply for pre-orders. Should you change your mind on a pre-order product prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
