As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination. These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
After an order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days to be shipped. During peak sale periods, this might take a little longer.
We ship worldwide. For orders over $100, you qualify for free international express shipping.
Our pre-order shipping period will be listed on the Product Page at the time of purchase. If you have ordered a pre-order item along with a readily available item, your order will be shipped out in full once all items are available unless you have paid for split shipping at time of purchase.
Our warehouse team will not be able to send orders out separately unless you have paid for split shipping at time of purchase. Otherwise everything will be dispatched together once pre-orders are ready.
Your tracking will be automatically sent to you once our courier companies pick up the parcel from our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders before dispatch, excluding pre-order items and public holidays.
Once your item has been shipped please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the link and follow it’s delivery. If you need a further update or if there is an issue with your order please contact Customer Care.
Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your address however, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to redirect your parcel.
Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount code. You can always save it for your next purchase. The code never expires.
If the warehouse has not picked and packed your order yet, we can cancel it and issue you a store credit. This store credit never expires.
Please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our warehouse works extremely fast, so there are no guarantees. If you have ordered a pre-order item, this can not be updated once processed.
All prices are charged in AUD Dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances other than products deemed faulty by our quality control department.
Once we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed you will receive an email with details of your credit note. If you can not locate it, double check your spam folder.
Sorry, we are unable to hold items for requested exchanges due to the fast turnover of our stock. Exchanges are processed as a request only and will be fulfilled if in stock at the time of processing the return after delivery.
Yes but we do not offer free return labels for refund requests, only for exchanges or credit notes. Please see our returns page for further details.
We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, no body odor, make up etc.) We will provide you with a credit note, exchange or refund upon the return of your item. Please note we do not accept sale items.
