If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 days returns policy from delivery date.

Condition of Returns

Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.

This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only. If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] to initiate a return and refer to our ACL policy here. We will treat your claim with priority.

If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.

Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery including products within suspected manufacturing faults.

Item/s must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.

All swimwear must be tried on whilst wearing undergarments and keeping the hygiene liner intact.

Item/s must be returned in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories, or for items marked as final sale.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Returns Policy

All promotional/sale item/s purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale are marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” and cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department.

Process time for returns

Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.

Store Credit, Exchanges & Refunds

Store Credit

All AU & NZ customers who wish to return for a store credit and exchange are eligible for free returns. If you wish to request a refund you will receive a free return label with a $10 deduction fee when your return is processed.

If you wish to opt for our 110% store credit you are also eligible for free returns. Our 110% store credit is equalling the amount for the return order + 10% ready to apply to your next order.

All international customers outside if AU & NZ will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.

Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed, and you have not received your store credit, please email [email protected]. Please also check your Junk Inbox for your credit note.

Store credits do not expire and can be used on any products on the website. 

For any customers who have current store credits, this cannot be updated to an 110% store credit. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a credit note instead. If you would prefer a refund please email [email protected], refund deductions will still apply if you have used our returns label.

Refunds

AU & NZ customers are eligible for a return label with the deduction of a $10 fee once your return has been received and processed.

All international customers will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.

loop returns

All customers who select the Return and exchange option or the shop now option during the loop returns process, please note that your return will still follow our usual exchange process. 

Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue you with your exchange.

Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfilment is dependent upon stock availability at the time of processing your return. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, then you will be automatically issued with a credit note instead.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed as our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.

SWIMWEAR

We will accept returns or exchanges on swimwear item/s if they are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and hygiene liner attached inside the original packaging. If item/s are returned and do not fit the returns criteria your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Final Sale

Item/s marked as “final sale - no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department. Refer to our ACL policy here.

Manufacturing Faults

We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected defective or faulty item. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you believe you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Care team right away at [email protected] with images of the suspected fault. We will treat your claim with priority.

Please do not return your item/s until the fault has been assessed by our quality control department and a return label has been provided to you.
