  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as forms of payment

  • We accept Afterpay, Zippay and Klarna as forms of ‘’buy now, pay later’’ payments.

  • Afterpay and Zippay are only available for Australian customers. Klarna is available for US and Australian customers. More information about these methods are available here

  • All payments are processed through secure third party platforms and Lioness does not store any payment information. Doing so is in breach of Australian consumer law.

  • Refunds processed via credit card or PayPal can take up to 5 business days to settle in your account. Please allow this amount of time to elapse before contract customer support or your financial institution.

  • Lioness reserves the right to immediately refund, refuse or cancel any orders deemed suspicious. You will be notified of this refund.

  • All products displayed online are for personal use only and NOT for re-sale. If we suspect that you may be purchasing products to re-sell, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you are interested in stocking Lioness, please click here.

  • We take cyber security extremely seriously and employ several precautions to protect both ourselves and our customers from this threat. Orders over a specific value may be subject to a verification process to determine that the individual processing the order is in possession of the credit card used for the order. Should any personal information be sent to Lioness, it will be immediately and permanently destroyed after verifying the customer's identity.

  • Gift Vouchers or credit notes cannot be refunded for cash. This value is only redeemable through products on the Lioness website.
