I think my item is faulty what do I do?

If you believe you have received a faulty item please email our Customer Care team right away with images and we will resolve for you as soon as we can!

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination. These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

After an order is placed, it will take 24-48 hours to be shipped. During peak sale periods, this might take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. For orders over $75, you receive free international express shipping. 

How do pre-orders get dispatched?

Our pre-order shipping period will be listed on the Product Page at the time of purchase. If you have ordered a pre-order item along with a readily available item, your order will be shipped out in full once all items are available.

Can I get my other items sent out first before my pre-order?

Our warehouse team will not be able to send orders out separately due to the high volume of purchases. Everything will be dispatched together once pre-orders are ready.

When will I receive tracking?

Your tracking will be automatically sent to you once our courier companies pick up the parcel from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders before dispatch, excluding pre-order items and public holidays.


What is the status of my order?

Once your item has been shipped please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the link and follow it’s delivery. If you need a further update or if there is an issue with your order please contact Customer Care.

I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?

Please contact Customer Care right away, if your order hasn’t been shipped we can change your address however, if it’s too late you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to redirect your parcel.

I forgot to enter my $20 off discount code, can you add it in?

Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount code. You can always save it for your next purchase. The code never expires.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

If the warehouse has not picked and packed your order yet, we can cancel it and issue you a store credit. This store credit never expires.

I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?

Please email our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Our warehouse works extremely fast, so there are no guarantees.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are charged in AUD Dollars. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.


I bought an item on sale, can I return it?” is locked I bought an item on sale, can I return it?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

When will I get my credit note?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once it has been processed you will receive an email with details of your credit note. If you can not locate it, double check your spam folder.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges due to the fast turnover of our stock. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) and use your credit note to reorder.

Do you offer refunds?

At this stage, we only offer refunds to Afterpay orders.

What is your returns policy?

We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, no body odor, make up etc.) and we will provide you with a credit note upon the return of your item. Please note we do not accept sale items.
